Nothing here is generic document management. Every module maps to a real step in requesting, collecting and proving what was shared.

Module 1

Document vault

Your organization's own vault, encrypted at rest. Upload a document once; every later renewal becomes a new version of the same document, so history is never lost.

Module 2

Customers & Vendors

Two separate pages, because asking a vendor for a document and sharing one with a customer are different jobs, even though they are the same connection underneath.

Connect directly with a Connection ID, or let a document request create the relationship
Direction sets the label automatically: whoever requests labels the other side a vendor
Accept or decline incoming connections, with an optional reason
Open any counterparty to see every request and document in one place

Module 3

Document requests

Ask a connected counterparty for one or more document types from inside the app, or invite someone who isn't on the platform yet by email.

Set a priority, a needed-by date and notes
Each line item can be shared against or declined
Tracks as Open, Partially Fulfilled, Fulfilled or Cancelled
Guests can respond without creating an account

Module 4

Confirm & share

The formal act of sending specific document versions to a specific counterparty, and the permanent record of having done so.

Every item carries its SHA-256 hash and delivery status
Visible to both sides of the exchange
See the exact version that was shared, in place

Module 5

Received evidence

The mirror image of Exchanges: an immutable, received-side record of everything shared with you, with its own retention policy.
